Roll Up Presentations Invited!
Missed the call for papers or have a new exciting project running which you would like the world to know about?
From now until 15 July 2017 we are accepting applications for a limited number of Roll Up presentations at the conference venue. Topics should be related to our original call for papers.
If you are interested, please submit an abstract containing:
FULL NAME (of each author) / TITLE (if applicable)
FUNCTION AND ORGANISATION / ASSOCIATION (of each author, if applicable)
CITY / COUNTRY (of each author)
PRESENTATION ABSTRACT (max. 800 characters including spaces)
E-MAIL / WEBSITE (optional)
PRESENTATION IMAGE(S) (optional, to be used on the blog, 72 dpi, with captions. By submitting images you confirm that you have the rights to publish them.)
The abstracts must be written in English and sent to the editorial board (email@example.com by 15 July).
We accept only 1 Roll Up per presentation. The Roll Up must not exceed 1000 mm width and 2200 mm height. The Roll Up must be a complete stand alone solution, walls may not be used. The applicant is responsible to produce the Roll Up and bring it to the venue.
The Roll Ups will be on show from the beginning of the conference on Thursday afternoon until Friday evening. Presenters have to be at their Roll Up in the first coffee break on Friday for a short oral presentation.
Abstract and contact details will be printed in the conference programme and announced online at the conference website and blog.
